The contract is subject to the substantive law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN CISG Convention. Cease website access immediately if you disagree with any provision.

You confirm that you have reached the age of 18, or are accessing and placing orders with full legal authorisation from your parent or legal guardian. You undertake not to use the website for illegal, fraudulent, hacking, abusive or disruptive activities that violate German law or impair website stability.

We strive to ensure product photos, size charts, pricing and stock availability are accurate. Minor colour deviations caused by individual screen display settings do not qualify as a product defect under German consumer warranty law.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, cancel incorrectly priced orders before dispatch and issue full automatic refunds.

An automated order confirmation email solely acknowledges receipt of your purchase request and does not constitute a legally binding sales contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to failed payment verification, invalid delivery address, suspected fraud, out-of-stock inventory or policy breaches, with full refunds processed accordingly. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected.

All texts, brand logos, product imagery, page layouts, graphics and trademarks displayed on www.celinae.shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Celinae. Unauthorised copying, reproduction and commercial exploitation violate German copyright and trademark legislation.

You are forbidden from uploading malicious software, attempting unauthorised server access, bulk scraping website data, distributing spam or infringing third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to block your IP address in cases of severe policy violations.

The website may contain references to external third-party websites and Google marketing tools. Celinae accepts no liability for the content, privacy regulations or services of external platforms.

You agree to fully indemnify Celinae against all financial losses, legal costs, damages and third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of German statutory law.

The website and goods are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum permissible extent under German law, we exclude liability for indirect and consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. This clause does not restrict your non-negotiable statutory warranty rights.

If any individual clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent German court, all remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force.
